I have been here for 4 years, I am so grateful that Christina is here at this property because of the fact that we have been going through so many people in the office. I feel special because everytime I come into the office, Christina and Rubi treat me well like we are family. Thank you so much Rubi and Christina for all your help. i have been a resident at dayton for 2 years now, I do have to say since Christina stepped in the office we have seen a turn around in the community. Rubi is nice too.

I have been wanting to apply to these apartments for a while now and unfortunately they donât have anything available but Rubi and Christina were very kind and helped me understand the process. I would definitely recommend!

Amazing staff, very helpful anytime I have a work order Kedrick or Jake will come over and take care of it in what seems like 5 minutes after I put it in. The ladies in the office, Christina and Rubi, helped me out a lot with issues I was having upon moving in. I really like it here and recommend to anyone seeking a place. A+++
