Kedrick is more than exceptional at completing everyday tasks and making sure us as residents are taken care of! He is a really cool and funny guy that you really enjoy seeing out working hard on a day to day basis

Since the new Maintenance team and management team came in we have seen a turnaround in the community. Its clean and well maintained.

Amazing staff, very helpful anytime I have a work order Kedrick or Jake will come over and take care of it in what seems like 5 minutes after I put it in. The ladies in the office, Christina and Rubi, helped me out a lot with issues I was having upon moving in. I really like it here and recommend to anyone seeking a place. A+++

I moved in last year and previous management didn’t make sure my apartment was nice. The carpet was never washed or replaced. Christina changed the floor for me and my apartment feels a lot better. Thank you to Christina and Rubi, once you guys stepped in the office the apartments have changed for the better. So thank you guys and the maintenance guys too.

The maintenance guy was awesome. He Come and was straight to business. He fixed everything with no problem Thanks. I wanted to come back and put my input in since I’ve lived here for two years🥰🥰

I recently moved in a week ago, office staff are very friendly and helpful, very thankful for the apartment I got, there were a few items that needed fixing and the manager made sure to have everything done quickly, maintenance supervisor did a great job. I highly recommend to live here!
