please don’t move here if you have any sense of dignity for yourself and the environment you live in. the manager (La Rhonda) at this building will have the receptionist lie and say she isn’t there or that she has meetings all day to try and prevent you from getting any real help or answers. they’re very buddy buddy with maintenance too so just geniunely miserable people who hold jobs to avoid it like the plague, you would think you’re dealing with teenagers. the apartment itself is old run down and the complex is infested with roaches. doesn’t matter if your unit doesn’t have them they will come. it’s okay if you need it for a roof over your head, just go into it knowing that’s all this place will be.
