I recently moved in a week ago, office staff are very friendly and helpful, very thankful for the apartment I got, there were a few items that needed fixing and the manager made sure to have everything done quickly, maintenance supervisor did a great job. I highly recommend to live here!

So after 18 years, many different office staff and management; this team take the cake. I recently received a notice of deposit request with a fee over my service dog, which I had for 4 years. No conversations before charging me over $400. When I called to ask what the letter. Office staff has no understand of people different emotions statements. And toke me what to do as an adult instead of staying on top of explaining why I was getting the fee. They cut you off, and kendrick told me 3 weeks ago he had fixed me sliding door twice to my face. Why did it just get fixed? Jake did the work like aways.
