Iâm one of the residents of apartments. in aurora our trash isnât picked up since last Monday is there is reason for that ? My leasing office said that there is something going on with WM not sure what is that mean ? Itâs getting disgusting around my apartment parking lot and apparently my leasing office doesnât say much , weâre paying here not is free !! except to be clean and neat environment .its very disgusting looking trash all over the ground and parking lot itâs disappointing really itâs been over week no one take care of the trash here .

We have been without electricity for almost 2 months in our parking lot in building 1 and we haven't done anything, the maintenance team has gone through and nothing has come of it. The disturbing thing is that there are people at night checking our cars and wanting to open them and how do we know who they are if there is no light?

After living here for a year I can tell u that there is a roach problem yes they will will fumigate and u can keep clean but they will keep coming because it's a building problem that they won't fix. I only lived here because it was cheap but then they up my rent almost $500! For a roach infested apartment? No thank u! Also they took out of my deposit after I paid to have my carpet cleaned. Be very careful about choosing this place.

Kedrick is more than exceptional at completing everyday tasks and making sure us as residents are taken care of! He is a really cool and funny guy that you really enjoy seeing out working hard on a day to day basis
