I think that if I post my comment here, they'll pay a little attention. Years ago, they were very strict about parking in the complex. Nowadays, the tow truck company came and put up signs saying it's their property, but they don't come to check the parking lots. There's a person who lives here and fixes cars; he has about 10 cars, all without license plates or with fake plates. There's one car that's been sitting in the same spot for more than 8 months. The problem is that at night we can't find anywhere to park, and we residents struggle to find a spot. These are the people who spend their time fixing wrecked cars. I hope they resolve something soon. Thank you for your attention.

Do not even waste your time here the property manager is very rude and does not reply to messages or the phone ringing at all. She was extremely unhelpful and rude the entire time and I was consistently ignored and given the run around by the property manager LaRhonda.

While moving into this apartment was relatively straightforward, leaving proved to be more complicated due to the presence of German cockroaches. The pest control team was uncooperative and displayed a lack of professionalism in their interactions with me. It was unfair that I was expected to take responsibility for the infestation when it was not my fault. Furthermore, I encountered issues with the maintenance staff, including a prolonged period without a functioning stove. Their attempts to repair it were unsuccessful, and the office staff was dishonest about completing paperwork while being consistently rude. My stay of 17 years, one month, and 15 days was the worst experience I've had. I suspect that the apartment may have a bedbug issue, which required me to undergo three heat treatments. I am concerned that I may be charged for the apartment's condition when I move out, despite submitting work orders. The maintenance supervisor's refusal to service residents with dogs, regardless of size, was also problematic. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing. 4 month I been way from there and still have roaches that I have to get ride of. Due to the fact they followed me.
